Five (5) $750 scholarships will be awarded. Scholarship recipients are required to serve on a NOBIDAN committee during the upcoming membership year. An online application with a letter of reference, current resume, unofficial transcript and personal statement must be submitted by deadline (see application for details).
Scholarship criteria:
- Accepted or enrolled as a dietetic intern in an ACEND® accredited program. Students enrolled in a graduate program only are ineligible.
- Enrolled in program for at least one additional academic year following application deadline.
- Minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Students applying to dietetic internships are eligible to apply. However, applicants should wait and submit the application after receiving a match confirmation in early April. While waiting, it is highly encouraged that the applicant reviews the application and completes the required documents (personal statement, resume, unofficial transcript and letter of reference) before the match results. If selected for a scholarship, the recipient will be required to show an acceptance letter before receiving the scholarship.
Deadline Extension: Complete the scholarship application and upload required documents by April 29, 2022.
