Barbara Williams

Barbara is a retired Director of Patient & Resident Service in the Northeast Region for the ARAMARK Corporation in their Healthcare Division. Throughout her career of 33 1/2 hears with the ARAMARK Corporation, Barbara had experiences not only in the Healthcare Division, but also in colleges and schools. On numerous occasions Barbara was on loan to the International Division of the company which had 12 countries throughout Europe under its’ management. If the particular country did not come to the United States, Barbara was asked to either relate to the country via phone or a visit in person was often required.

Following retirement from ARAMARK, Barbara was contacted by the Community College of Philadelphia and was asked if she could come out of retirement to teach Nutrition classes at the college. That was in 2003 and she continues to teach today. Barbara recieved her B.S. Science Degree in Home Economics from the West Virginia University located in Morgantown, WV. Additionally, she recieved her Masters of Science degree in Consulting from the University of Bridgeport located in Bridgeport, CT. While in retirement, Barbara recieved a certificate in Weight Management / Adult Weight from the American Dietetic Association. Barbara has written a number of articles, which have been published in nutrition publications.

Memberships include the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and local affiliation with the Beta Delta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta.
